Intel Icons : Pedestal Server

First of the icons I was commisioned to do for Intel Inc. for their inhouse web application. This is a metaphor for "Manage Server" in the application.

About 2 years ago, in 2010 I was in my last minute furnishes before launching Iconsutra and I got a surprise mail. It was from Intel and they wanted me to work on some icons and the user interfaces of their upcoming product. I was thrilled and I sent out a message saying that I was interested. I got up the next day after the Iconsutra's launch checking my mailbox and there was no reply. I waited a week there was no reply. So I was disappointed and felt like I missed a great opportunity. May be the quote was a bit high ? May be they weren't impressed by my work ? You know the anxiety of someone who hits gold and loses it in the next second. That. The wait continued for a couple of weeks but in vain...
