Working on a custom geometric logotype for a lounge.

    Feedback would be highly appreciated.

    P.S. More weights underway.

This is one of the coolest type treatments I've seen! I really have nothing else to say.

@Muhammad Ali Effendy maybe you should have a look at http://medarbejdere.au.dk/fileadmin/www.designmanual.au.dk/hent_filer/hent_skrifttyper/fonte.zip

I guess the AU_Peto.ttf font could be useful for your inspiration :)

Looks good, I'm not sure about the 'e' quarter-circle part, looks much heavier than the rest of the letters, but maybe vectorized version will loose that effect.

Yeah, Milosz said exactly what I was thinking. I would work on O letter too. ;)

Nice sketch, it's amazing how easy it is to read. I agree with @Milosz on the 'e' though. I wonder if you could play with the horizontal crossbar instead, rather than a solid fill which looks darker and a little out of place (since it's not continued anywhere else). Either way, looking forward to seeing the progress!

It think it's working nicely, but I do have to say that the B initially comes across as a 3 to me. My eye immediately goes to the right side of the B first and the open end on the left side is too similar to 3 and doesn't differentiate from the number. I would suggest doing a subtle on that left side that implies that there would otherwise be a vertical bar on that side.

    Just my thoughts. Nice work.

this is really quite beyond the regular type look, awesome!:)
My only thing is with the first letter - I didn't catch that it was B, maybe you should reconsider the shape there?

Thanks for the useful inspiration @Martin Fabricius

@Milosz @Dusan @Claire - Its good to hear from you guys. Well i totally agreed with you about the quarter-circle part. I worked on the 'e' and going to rebound it shortly.

@Kevin Hamil - Well if i put the vertical bar to the left side of 'B' the it will get busy and left the feel of the whole type. But i will look into it. Thanks for your input though :)

@Marin - Your compliment is beyond my expectation :) . I'm working on it. Stay tuned. :)

@Muhammad Yeah, I completely understand what you mean and by no means am I suggesting you change the feel of your font. I was only suggesting a very subtle change, at your discretion, that would fit within your style, but would co-productively differentiate your B from being a 3. I did not mean or suggest simply placing a vertical bar down the left side.

    Playful treatment once again.

I think only the horizontal crossbar with the lower curve would be enough for the lowercase 'e'. Maybe worth trying out?

  15. A tad late but I'm done with the 3 weights. Now working on the 2nd word of this type. Hope that will turn out as good as it is now.

    Feedback appreciated as always ;)
