(Layanan Aspirasi dan Pengaduan Online Rakyat) is a social media-based aspiration and complaints platform, in which, it is easily accessible and has been integrated with all of the government institutions in ndonesia. LAPOR! was developed by Kantor Staf Presiden (KSP) in order to increase the public participation for government programs and performance supervision in the implementation of development and public services.
