Hulu Springtime Sign Up

Hulu account creation flow that had to include UI for a user to enter their first and last name, email, password (and password confirmation), plus optional birthday and gender fields. The UI also had to include user feedback for success or failure. I tried to mimic Hulu's current brand by incorporating the logo, gradient, typography while also adding my own touch with the spring-like colors.
