I've been thinking a lot about the Growth Mentality lately and what I can do to strengthen what I'd consider some of my weaker design muscles. I love illustrating, it's a ton of fun and requires a lot of attention to detail, but I know I'm not very good at it. I spend most of my day writing CSS and markup and I really don't open up AI to play as much as I should. So, in an attempt to practice the Growth Mentality, I've decided to smarten up and force myself to illustrate more often.
Here's my first workout: I call it 'Computer Bullshit and Public Shame' for one of our ridiculous backend engineers who so bravely pushed some html to GitHub proper recently.
