This recently delivered product called for a fresh approach to corporate-focused and premium online booking. Our objective was to create a smarter, more intuitive and more informed approach to booking a hotel room online. The strategy to meet this objective required us to design new pathways to allow users to immerse themselves within the destination city, while preserving their essential needs for quick and easy booking throughout.

The outcome: flexible room views, easy room comparison and group planning tools that utilize live chat and social integrations. Additionally, our UX teams leveraged open API's to enable city-wide searches for restaurants, entertainment and transportation, and a post-booking chapter that extends the traditional experience beyond the point of transaction.
