"Case Studies ESF Employability Pipeline" is a booklet showcasing the successes, the programme has had in gaining challenged individuals, meaningful employment. I am creating a series of illustrations to cover each individual. This is Case Study seven, which is about Cathy who is a single mother with two children and drug abuse problems, who then with the help of ESF, finds employment with a care home and turns her life around. In her testimony she says the most valuable thing she was taught by the ESF was how to break her life down in to small manageable chunks "Wee Bits" and how this helped her cope. She says that before her life felt like one big mess and she did not know where to start.
