We created a Guided Demo experience for new users to help them get the hang of Front's features 🙌
To immerge a new user into Front, we placed them in a realistic scenario with a demo client. Guided by educational bubbles and pink highlights, the user is able to taste what it's like to handle emails with Front (hint: it's much more efficient 😉).
This entire flow was designed, prototyped and user tested on Figma. It took us many, many rounds to reach this final flow and we are looking forward to seeing the results 😸
