Let’s dive into the product’s essentials, shall we?

In order to keep track of all the tasks and meetings that are happening at the moment, GipsyBot presents the user’s schedule using a clear and organized timeline, starting with Today.

People use different views to organize their day. Some prefer a simple list, others need to see everything scheduled in a calendar or stay focused just on a single task. To meet their needs and provide them with an all-in-one solution, we designed 3 variations.

⚡️ What was the challenge?
It was a bit tricky to find balance between including all details of every task or event and designing a simple yet clean home view. It was tempting to go with something super minimal but it’d lack the necessary context that the user needs to manage their day.

🙌 Meet our solution.
A default list view, with the majority of tasks details displayed. Calendar, that not only shows all the tasks and events scheduled on the timeline but also previews the user’s workload for the week. And the focus mode, if the user needs to put all the attention into a single task.

🤖 What’s GipsyBot?
David Allen advices: “If a task takes longer than 2 minutes to get done, you should either add it to your to-do list or delegate it.”. GipsyBot is a smart to-do list for both teams and individuals that helps its users organize their work following the mentioned rule.
