What if your favourite sports club had an awesome app that’s fun to use and rewards you for simply being a supportive fan you already are?
One of our goals was to make fans feel even more like part of the team. So we came up with an idea: Let’s allow fans to have a player-like profile which includes all of their personal stats such as “how many matches I’ve attended so far” or “how many goals I’ve celebrated live”, etc. This gamification technique is fun to follow and can help keep retention.
