Tacos Don Guillermo Branding

This has been a concept i've been kicking around for a while. I've been spending a lot of time cooking lately and this year I challenged myself to see if i could take it to the next level and start to cook for the public. I'm trying to experiment with flavors from all over the world in the form of a taco. There is also a conversation i am curious to have with others about appropriation, i'm genuinely curious to have a conversation as a white guy cooking tacos. My intention is to celebration the flavors I love and try to put my own twist on things. Through these explorations i want to learn and start conversations about culture and tradition.
