The status of each meeting room is displayed for the entire office on a tablet device. The interface and visual effects of room display help to distinguish rooms according to their availability. The tooltip icons show technical means in each room.

Though it is possible to use the system only on a smartphone, it's better to use the attached room monitors for the best experience.
