I lead and mentored a small team of production analysts while designing and developing content, email templates, banners, and functionality on AA.com and its international sites. I partnered with content owners and product managers to determine requirements, sketch solutions, and create mockups for our IT team to implement.

I redesigned all customer-facing email templates for AA.com - the marketing messages, transactional email frames, and account statements. I also coded the HTML and tested the emails across applications and platforms.
