Plan selection

Our new sign-up flow starts off by having users select which plan they're interested in, and then funneling them down to the appropriate steps.

This is an update from a previous iteration, that started with users naming their Teams first. While it's exciting to start off by naming your Team, it's equally important to get users in the right mindset and thinking about the type of subscription they're about to sign up for.
