When working at Hringdu, an Internet Service Provider in Reykjavík I got the opportunity to create a no-compromise version of their inner system. As the system is only used by their very tech oriented employees the goal was to make the system as efficient as possible, allowing the employee to deal with problems faced by the customer in the quickest manner possible, often making more than one change at a time or trying to glance lots of different information at once.
