Mitsch Design needed a document that communicated their story and helped employees understand their renewed mission and vision. At the heart of the brand refresh was a revitalization of the company culture, a oneness created by getting everyone rowing in the same direction. This document is intended to not only explain the nitty-gritty brand details, but also the brand foundation that the company has been built on.
