Service Design Blueprint

Lately I've been digging in to Service Design as a discipline and it has been a lot of fun! Reading books, and articles, working directly with clients on methodologies and even taking an online course on Practical Service Design. Really enjoying the outcomes of a well thought out service design process and this artifact shows a mid-level example of the complexity that can be managed at an organization by getting one of these service design blueprints up on the wall.
