Airport Search

Hello there,
This flight booking app needed an update (on backend & frontend) to make adding airports to the search form more dynamic.

I've explored different transitions and labeling. We eventually agreed on this flow, whereas the airport input fields expand and contract, giving users a more concentrated view.

We also ditched icons within the airport list, to give way to sections headings ("Recent search," "Nearby airports"). User research has shown us icons were not effective enough to identify the different parts.
