Custom Fields Definition

Excited to share some of the product work I've been working on at OpeNet!

Last week, we started building custom fields. Until now, operators and carriers had to rely on default fields such as names, descriptions, and due dates to customize their offers and entitlements. Custom fields allow operators to expand the specificity of their work upon an existing task-based model by adding their own fields to refer to what's most important to their offers and entitlements. This custom data can be shown in offers and entitlements lists, shared across projects, and used in Advanced Search to craft powerful custom queries and reports.

This is a flow I have worked on and will soon share some of the screens that came out of it. We are continuing to iterate and make this feature even better over the upcoming months, so stay tuned! Keep an eye here to get to know more about custom fields.
