About the Beer: Sweet and lightly tart, juicy apricots are just the spring fruit to punch up citrus notes in lighter beer styles from blondes to wheats to tasty ales. Our choice for an apricot-forward brew is a thirst quenching Australian Style Sparkling Ale we love for summer. NYS Pale, Carapils Malts and Flaked Oats then bittered with a specialty blend of El Dorado, Motueka, Azacca, and Zythos hops form the base for this fruity creation. It's the fresh apricot juice aroma which bursts from the glass while soft, unfiltered ale flavor which makes this a super-drinkable summer staple invigorating the body and soul with its smooth, refreshing finish.
