Insites: The Book box foiling

After receiving a rather confusing cutting guide from the box manufacturer, I had to recreate everything in InDesign to ensure our foiling area gets put on the right part of the box. Still not entirely sure it's right, but it's in the hands of the gods (well, printers) now.
