War Room TVs

It’s easy for a team to get laser focused on the work right in front of them - especially for large projects. I realized first-hand how easy it is to lose sight of success for the project, our product specific design principles, and other themes that we aligned to throughout the work effort.

To help bring clarity to our work, I created these slides in Reveal.js (on loop) on a Raspberry Pi connected to a large TV in our War Room. Throughout the day, everyone was able to see at a glance the most important themes for the project.
