Dribbble Invite

So I've just drafted my first talented graphic designer to Dribbble (@Christian Lank looking forward to seeing your work on Dribbble!). Afterwards Dribbble promptly rewarded me with another invite. So it was time to make my own illustration and start the next headhunt for our beloved community.
