Medical artificial intelligent chatbot

Recently I raised a question about how we can simplify our interaction with medical organisations and how we can make the whole process more valuable and efficient.

As an automation increasingly steps into our lives, I think the healthcare should be automised in some way, at least at the point of the very first screening where clients provide the description of what they want to fix and probably access to the health data on their phones.

Here's the basic concept of such service I imagine in my mind.
