Onward! This peaceful place of stillness hopes you now feel courage and compassion.

Thank you for following along with this (pause) project, I hope it has reminded you to hold open a peaceful place for yourself; your ‘sky’ where you are always soft and full, completely as you are - no matter the circumstance.
Any moment, you have permission to pause and reset. You are not weak, you are worthy, you can meet yourself where you are.

Self-care is work sometimes, it’s about finding a process that gives you purpose.

It’s not just a vacation or treats (those are great too!) but it’s the ongoing actions to think through what you have, AND what you need. We’re all in this life thing together, self-care should actively relate to community care.

Authentic self-reflection and connection cannot be commodified. (say it louder for the people in the back!)

Rest as a revolutionary act.
Find peace to persist.
Refresh to be a resource.
Sit in stillness to feel what moves you.

“Caring for myself is not self-indulgence, it is self-preservation, and that is an act of political warfare.” - Audre Lorde
