House Warming

An invitation comp for a house warming party to an industrial style loft in DTLA. I'm thinking to do this as a thermography print on at least 100# c. Charcoal/gray ink on white or ultra white paper with a cement colored A2 envelope and navy blue and white abstract wallpaper (this wallpaper is up in the home) as the envelope liner.

I have a few days before I need to go to print, so I welcome all and any feedback.
