This app will be a lifesaver for forgetful people who often see their plants wither. Just plant a sensor into the flowerpot and it will measure the soil temperature, light exposure, moisture levels and availability of fertilizers.
All you need to do is enter the plant into your account and then check up on any of your green friends, watering and fertilizing them remotely, even while you're on vacation.
