Mobile Quick Form

Hey there, dribbblers!

Here's my interaction for a quick 9-question flow. One bite-sized card is presented at a time as the user goes through the form to allow greater focus on each question. The next card will scroll itself to the top of the user's view.

If a user chooses to go back and change their answer, the form will present the updated path based on the new selection.

I've also indicated the user's location in the form as a progress donut that stays fixed to the top. It helps the user navigate where they are on in flow and how many more questions are left to answer.
