Human-to-human customer service’s experience is unsustainable for companies seeking to “future-proof” their businesses and maintains customers. Companies with bad customer experience (CX) will lose brand integrity in ways that may not be recoverable. We think that AR and the use of immersive spatial experience can significantly decrease the frustrations that occur when the customer's experience is not viewed beyond verbal instructions for Spectrum. Clear, visually represented concise instructions will reduce the misunderstandings that occur and guide the client to satisfactory findings more appropriately.
