I recently finished a custom font for a branding project with the Focus Lab team.
Check out the full blog post here.

And feel free to download the font, its free/open source. There are three alphabets and three sets of numerals that rotate to create an honest, hand-drawn feel. Be sure to have Open Type > Contextual Alternates turned ON. Download the font here.

Hi @matt yow, love this. Which font creation program do you use? I have been trying to figure out which is best for the mac and on a budget :) Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

@Michael I used FontLab for this. Its the grand daddy of font editors. My school has this on computers I use. Its $650 retail. Fontographer is another great option for a lower price and slightly less features. Unfortunately, I don't know of any cheap options.

    Cool font!

I really like Glyphs, which I use. Robofont is very popular too, but I've never tried it.

Love it. So abrupt and childlike!
