iOS 13 - Incoming call redesign

After playing through the iOS 13 which has some of the best UX and UI tweaks on iPhone, I got a call from my friend and the incoming call interface looked pretty old, boring and restricted taking up the whole screen and rendering the device useless unless I decline the call.

So I was thinking, with the sheet modal in place in iOS 13, why didn't Apple make the incoming call interface something like this.

Scenarios shown here include,
1. Getting a call and declining it.
2. Getting a call and swiping the sheet down to dismiss it without declining or accepting the call. The users then get an incoming call green bubble on the status bar to open the sheet again.
3. Accepting the call and swiping down the sheet to ignore and use the phone as usual. Tapping on the green bubble on takes the users back to the call interface.

Pretty neat and works really good. Feedback welcome.
