Haan Dating App (Logo)

Logo animation concept for a dating app named 'Haan'

Haan is an app for the south asian community. I aimed to create an identity for the app that centred around the communities emphasis placed on meaningful, serious and long term relationships.

The design features:
-Subtle dimensionality through considered gradients.
-Delicate opacity of the top heart that allows the movement from the heart beneath to peak through.
-Satisfying time delay to create a 'premium' & gentle feel.
-Strong white outline to represent 'solidity'.
-Blush tones for an elegant alternative to the racy neons of current popular dating apps.
-2 hearts = relationship between 2
