Form design

Form design made for a hosting company that needed a redesign on a form containing multiple steps.

I focused on making the form as easy to follow as possible, which is why I divided the different parts into clear sections and numbering them so that the user will have a clear overview of the steps. We also tried to write the copy to seem more conversational rather than rigid since forms aren't usually that enjoyable to fill out.
