Stained Glass Map of McCarren Park

This is a small section of a map of McCarren Park I worked on for a "faux" craft fair. This was my first stab at using Photoshop to try and create a stained glass effect on the map. Both the logo banner, the map and the entire idea went through a lot of iterations. This one was somewhere in the middle... The whole idea still has a long way to go, and I still have a lot to learn about texture.
