May 19 | Playlist Cover Art

May is my birth month and it was very good to me this year.

The playlist art for this month focused on technical skills with line and dots. I chose an image from pinterest that was compositionally undemanding so I could get back into things after a notable lapse in pen drawing practice.

Also, I've never been completely satisfied with the way I've scanned the previous posts from this project. I feel like I lose a lot of the hard won detail work. So this time I tried something new and I'm a lot happier with the detail preservation.
