岗位描述
-负责艺术设计中心部门品牌形象建设，部门汇报、工作展示类视觉设计；
-跟进部门项目品牌形象建设，VI制定，在研产品的视觉方向制定及运营产品的视觉提升；
-为项目的未来发展提供前瞻性的创意设计；
-参与团队的专业化建设和知识传播。

岗位要求
-3年以上视觉设计从业经验；
-对设计定位、风格定义、规范有较深的理解；
-深厚的设计理论与娴熟的设计技巧，善于捕捉流行趋势，并能推动团队的设计能力；
-有数据可视化经验为加分项；
-具备良好合作态度及团队精神，勇于打破常规发挥创意并执行、很强的学习能力及创新欲望和责任感。

Netease Games Art Design Center - Visual Designer

Job Description
- Build brand image for Art Design Center. Design materials for department report and presentations
- Assist in brand building and visual identity design of the department. Find visual design direction for products that are under development and improve the design of online products.
- Provide forward-thinking design for a project
- Work closely with others to build a professional team and share your knowledge

Minimum Job Requirement
- 3+ years of relevant experience in visual design
- Strong understanding of positioning, style and rules of design
- High-level understanding of design theory; Great design skills with an eye for the latest trend; Ability to improve the design skills of the whole team
- Experience in data visualization is a plus
- Strong team player that is creative, proactive and enthusiastic to learn
