Change Generations

At Change.org we have new hires start in cohort groups, which we call generations. All of our generations groups go to an offsite together during their onboarding. We've just launched this program, and it's really fun and a great time for new teammates to bond and get to know each other.

I put together this simple illustration to use on some fun swag gifts for our generations groups :)
