Own It

I wanted something really bold and elegant with the execution, looking at past designs at the conference. Everything felt lost and didn’t catch me right at the beginning. I decided to create a logotype, bold, elegant and simple. I wanted very simple soft colors within the branding. I started exploring more and decided to add flourishes within in the design. I mean what who would not want to flourish in life. So guess what, I added those flourishes.
The past design that has been created had a lipstick element in it and client made sure that should be added in. In the second slide I didn’t really feel the whole lipstick thing, but decided to try it out and it worked. It brought out the boldness, especially on the lipstick. I went ahead and branded a few elements that I felt would stand out if I had to walk into the venue.
