At @Trebbble, we were asked to craft a compelling app experience that highlights the Q brand identity. At the same time, we were challenged to set myQ app as a strategic business tool for WIND in order to further boost revenues and customer loyalty.
Top Up was one of the most critical app parts. The option to Top Up account via voice was a key functionality that reduced task completion speed and greatly improved user experience.
