Self-portrait

Here in Sweden put a photo in your resume is controversial.
Why does the job offerer need to see my face? why not? I want to be chosen because of my skills, not my face but I also want to show them that I'm a real person and I'm not afraid or ashamed of being a woman. This was my solution, a portrait made by Illustrator that shows my skills and myself without the use of a photograph.
