Even when you are super cautious, some stress will build up in the long term. There are many factors that play a role in stress, and you certainly can't avoid it entirely. That's why you need to systematically practice an activity that eliminates it. My recommendation is anything that involves moving: running, working out, playing sports, etc. It not only eliminates stress but also keeps you healthy and helps you sleep better, therefore you'll be more focused during the day.
