3D Shot Chart Part 1

Have you wondered how those fancy 3D shot charts were made?
That’s the exact perplex long in my mind and today I gave it a shot(!) to play with 3D transformation on svg! Two ways I tried - apply transformation to div in css or to svg in its various attributes. Both work fine and now I’ll step into actual 3D visualization soon!
