New logo for Live 30a, a real estate brokerage along the Emerald Coast of Florida.
Live 30a wanted to look different from the norm. The company wanted a 'good ole brand' look and feel. Something trustworthy, tried and true, approachable and fun.
The brokerage uses a percentage of it's commision fees to fund missions trips to Nicaragua. They have already impacted several communities by building a school, providing fresh water and improving living conditions on houses.
The two locales, Florida and Nicaragua are illustrated in the waves or mountains, depending on what locale you may be seeing the brand from.
We were stoked to see Live 30a want to break away from the mold of other brokerages in the area and were really drawn in by the mission to serve others in more ways than one.
