Wedding Invitation

These are the invitations I created for my July 2017 wedding.

The front of the invitation is printed in black ink on transparency sheets and the second piece is printed by THikit Printing on a super heavyweight stock with black edge coloring to encourage tactile interaction. The clear sheet is stacked on backside of the thick stock, as pictured, and the printed color blocking frames the type from below. When the clear sheet is lifted, the black type casts a shadow on the stock beneath it. The wedding details are printed on the back of the thick stock, as shown to the right.
