Realogy's Preferred Alliance team needed a mobile app for their Max Savings program booth at the RGX 2019 conference. The app would collect some basic information from broker attendees when they approached the booth, and generate a report of their company's number of agents, number of offices, total GCI, total sides, and total transaction count for the last 2 years.
Data was pulled from the DASH API and integrated as JSON. The app would also generate an upward or downward trend of those numbers, and place the company into 1 of 4 tiers, depending on last year's total GCI.
All data entered by brokers was saved to a database, and accessible by account managers after the conference in a simple, user-friendly report format. This would allow them to follow-up about products and services which would help those companies improve their bottom line.
I designed, developed, and deployed this app under a very quick deadline of about 3 weeks. During development, I made use of tools like Node, webpack, Sass, and Eleventy in order to quickly iterate through and develop this single page progressive web app. I used a service worker to control caching for offline use, and provide a 'download' button to save the app to the user's device home screen.
