I'm so happy to announce that we've launched a new app called ARES.
It's already available at AppStore:
ARES is a tool thought and created to guide you in a 4 weeks routine specially focused on growing your chest - along with the triceps and shoulders - but also containing exercises for your biceps, back and legs!
The app will not simply give you a bunch of workouts to be followed a month. It will explain to you what you are doing and why you are doing each one of the exercises and techniques. To grow your muscles, you need to improve your mindset during your workouts, finding ways to trick your muscles and take out the maximum of it.
