Alebrije (Sabrina the Squirrala)

This began as a hastily scribbled crayon sketch made while drawing with my young nieces -- they named my koala-squirrel hybrid "Sabrina." She became the inspiration for this month's Character Design Challenge under the theme "Alebrije" -- mythical fantasy creatures popular in Mexican folk art.
