Support and Troubleshooting

Recently we embarked on a challenging project of designing a self-care mobile app for the second largest telecom operator on Malta which was, as a matter of fact, their first product of this kind. Among all other features for managing payments and topping up numbers, the app was intended to solve the key pain points involving customer support issues.

In-app support section features an interactive and illustrated troubleshooting wizard, categorized support topics, social media contacts and the option to book a technician.

This section alone is aimed to reduce the number of technical inquiries and improve the overall quality of customer support.
