Create More

About halfway through last year, I was dealing with an unwelcome bout of creative block, and I couldn’t figure out how to get passed it. I wasn’t motivated to work, create anything new or to be creative in any respect, really. The pressure was too much for me. So what I eventually did was I took a step back from all the pressure, and just created for the fun of it rather than having a giant purpose behind everything. What ended up working, counterintuitively, was to just create more for the sake of it. Nothing special and nothing deeply meaningful. Just something. Eventually, this paid off and I was back to my usual self again.
