Nova App - Onboarding

Nova is an Icelandic telecommunication company, and for the past two years, we worked together and successfully launched their website and e-commerce experience.

Last year, they wanted to update their mobile app so the experience and the look and feel would match their newly redesigned website.

Ueno designed and worked on the front-end development of the app. We started with the strategy, by identifying the main navigation patterns and the navigation framework. We designed the app by taking into consideration the design system established for the website and e-commerce experience, and taking it a step further to fit the mobile experience.

The app includes an account management section that allows users to manage subscriptions, prepaid accounts, billing, payments and bundles of different phone lines. The app serves not only as a tool to manage the phone account but also as an opportunity to promote different Nova products and advertise relevant promotions to their customers.

The app is now available on the App Store and Google Play Store, accessible only for Nova customers.
